York & Company, Inc. was founded in 1989, specializing in Commercial Real Estate. The firm initially specialized in industrial property leasing and sales, and over the years branched out into all types of Commercial property – retail, office and warehouse.
Founded on a Desire for Quality
The property management grew out of a need for quality management for our own properties, as we were dissatisfied with local management firms. Currently the company manages several dozen properties, with over 800,000 sf of managed property in its portfolio. The firm also manages property in Texas and Las Vegas, with relationships with brokers and owners on the mainland.
We Know the Business
We also work direct with the major Land Estates in Hawaii (Bishop Estate, HRPT, Hawaiian Homelands, Campbell Estate) to assist Lessees in negotiating their ground rents. We have represented clients in Hawaii for over 20 years, and pride ourselves in the long term relationships we have established.
